All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway vehicles.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or if the improper item was sent. The item must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to FAMISHED Lifestyle Entertainment Group LTD. and potentially, shipping charges for the new product. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded so it’s a straight exchange, no returns allowed.
Any discrepancies with the order must be reported immediately. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 7 days, after that we assumeno further liability.
Once it is determined that you are eligible for an exchange, Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service.We will then ship the appropriate item and its size to your provided address. Any payments that are required will be discussed at the time. If this is our issue, there will be no cost to you the customer.
If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
